Amazing
I love the perspective put on things and the relation to scripture... I have applied things and it has worked. This is a true representation of the working world and not how to be a CEO tomorrow as if it’s magic

This book will change your life!
What can I say? This book is truly life affirming and has so much wisdom. I loved reading it but hearing it as an audiobook made it sink in even more.
DeVon’s narration is the right balance of kindness and firmness. He will make you think and hold you accountable for your career choices.
It’s amazing to see someone who didn’t compromise on their belief and has turned it into the focal point of their career.
Bravo!

exactly what I needed at this stage of my life.
I have been frustrated with my current job facing bullying and other negative struggles, yet lost not knowing what what I want to do about it or where to go next. I listened to this on the way to and from work daily and felt like it equipped me with how to approach the day and debriefed me at the end of the day. this is a book that I feel that I can recommend even to non believers.
I feel like God heard my frustrations and sent guidance with this book. would highly recommend.

Lights On
I absolutely loved this book. it is an excellent guide to being who you are called by God to be.
I found it inspiring and motivating and I now have more determination and faith to keep going and to
become the best that I can be. I'm excited now that the lights are on in me to see where God will take me.
I had never heard of DeVon Franklin because I'm not really into movies but now he is one of my favourite authors
and a name I will never forget. Devon Thank you

MIRROR.KLEENEX.BAND AID
The way this book helped change my perspective. Thank you Devon for opening my mind! This book has been a God send to me at this point in my life. Sometimes life takes over and slowly but surely faith takes a back seat to it all. I love how this book reminded me to believe in myself and in God. My mind wondered with so much fear and anxiety that my faith was fading.
I like how Devon encourages you to pray and be spiritual but he also encourages action! Get out there and do something about your dreams. The reality of it is, it won't be easy, you will face many challenges and set backs but it will all be worth it in the end.
Nothing is worth your soul!
I will be taking these 3 tools away from the book! Mirror. Kleenex. Band Aid :)
