Summary
1995, London. When Sir James Harrison, one the greatest actors of his generation, passes away at the age of 95 he leaves behind not just a heartbroken family but also a secret so shocking, so devastating that it could rock the English establishment to its core.
Joanna Haslam is an ambitious young journalist assigned to cover the legendary actor's funeral. The great and the good of the celebrity world are there. Was absolutely hooked
Loved it!!!! After I had finished it I looked up any newspaper articles about it as I was so intrigued by the story. Even if it took 20 years for Lucinda to get it published I am so pleased that it was and well done to her for reworking it and not giving up!!!

Unbelievable
Having read and listened to many Lucinda Riley books I am disappointed that this book is far below her usual high standard. The story is unbelievable. The characters are an unlikeable bunch and Joanna, the journalist, leaves a trail of destruction as she chases a ludicrous story. Narration is good but really had to persevere to finish this book.

Fantastic Book
I could not stop listening to this book, the twists and turns of the story had me on tenterhooks! So well thought out and then tying up all the loose ends and still leaving the end a cliffhanger.I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a roller coaster of a book.

Another brilliant book
I really loved this story and got very annoyed every time I had to stop listening . I love Lucinda Riley’s books and can never wait for a new one to come out. Great story, kept me on tenterhooks!

Fantastic fictional story
Another winner by Lucinda have read a lot of her books and really can’t pick a favourite between them they are all fabulous, read exceptionally well by Camilla
