Summary

Whether you're an entrepreneur or a new parent, a CEO or a small group leader, this audiobook will encourage you to see every opportunity in life as a chance to lead in the most excellent way.

Speakers often use the words vision, boldness, and influence to describe the characteristics of effective leaders. In The Most Excellent Way to Lead, Perry Noble makes the case that the heart of great leadership lies elsewhere. Perry, despite being voted least likely to succeed in high school, beat the odds against him. Today, he inspires 3,500 people every weekend to live for something greater than themselves. He credits this achievement to the leadership principles he has learned from the Bible. Surprisingly, the essence of leadership that produces genuine growth is buried in a Bible chapter often read at weddings.

In this groundbreaking audiobook, Perry walks us through that leadership chapter, describing the 15 qualities of an inspirational leader. For Perry, these principles aren't just leadership theories that sound great in a 30-minute talk. They've all been tested in the fires of real life, with real people. These essential leadership principles encourage true growth and real change.

An enjoyable leadership book

Carl Cartee narrated this very well. Excellent fundamental points and delivered in neat bite size amounts. Not heavy going at all. An easy and good listen.
