Uncomplicated and Simple

A really good 'read'. The "tools" are explained in a very matter of fact manner with some straight forward examples to illustrate how each Tool might be used.
Loved it! Looking forward to Parts Two and Three! MB

unspecific

interesting, but rarher abstract, unspecific. hard to implement. many classifications, very little concrete steps. the authors concentrate on systems analysis rather than on behavioral change. 1
