Great book!

This is a great book! It is full of practical advise and knowledge. Recommend this book to anyone trying to be healthier and lose weight.

Interesting, but book version preferred for the material

Good read, but I preferred the written version to grasp the diet and workout suggestions.

This book should be read by everyone, especially those who get caught up in the everyday struggles of modern living. Whether you agree or not with the information provided, it should at least open your eyes to a few aspects of your life that have been neglected or could be improved.

Makes Total Sense!

If you're looking lifestyle change to something more healthy and natural, this an excellent place to start. clearly explained, scientifically based, and easy to follow. Really well read by the author who is clearly passionate about the subject. I feel better already!

Fairly average if you have knowledge about nutrition

I have never had any formal education on nutrition but I feel most of this is common for anyone who has researched a paleo or keto diet.

I felt I could agree with Mark's arguments for nutrition easier than exercise as he's nullifying a whole load of research on chronic high performance loads gained at a gradual pace etc. I would agree certain types of chronic cardio is not great for the body however. I would have liked some references to published research where he has gathered his conclusions from.

For anyone overweight or just generally lacking health and nutrition knowledge this is a valuable listen.

Paleo "Good"

Every time I get determined to lose weight I follow the same routine with success. When talking about my methods with friends. My brother told me that what I was actually doing was akin to the Paleo diet.

The book is short, well informed and full of uncomplicated scientific breakdowns so people with no prior knowledge of science or nutrition can understand them.

If I had to criticise, I would argue that it is not long enough! Another slight criticism is where the author offers a relatively subjective argument against a critic who argues (wrongly) that the paleo diet is elitist and expensive... For instance one could afford to cook these types of food in a slow cooker in bulk with little effort, minimising the cost to the consumer.

This book has provided me with an explanation of how I am able to shed weight, gain muscle and feel better so exponentially, when I try to lose weight.

Learn while on the road!

Where does The Primal Blueprint rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Ive been a podcast listener for about a year now and this for me is the next step in educating myself whilst on the road "working" this book is brief to the point and is my go to book for a Back to basics approach to my now preferred lifestyle....... Primal / Keto / Wild

What about Mark Sisson’s performance did you like?

Mark is a leader in the primal movement who's been there seen it done it wrote the book, and now narrated the book. a true go to guy for results.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yes, and i continue to listen to this book (3 times now end to end) long car journeys for work!

Can't rate audio books highly enough........ forget the radio and CD's! Audio books all the way now on the long (6hrs) drive to and from Scotland each week!
