Terrific book for improving your writing.
TARGET AUDIENCE: Those who are interested in improving their writing.
CONTENT: I was extremely impressed with both the content of the writing and the layout. Since reading the book I have noticed how much I tell instead of showing in my own writing. She really made the content meaningful. Her examples were rich and meaningful.
NARRATOR: The narrator did an excellent job of bringing the examples alive. Easy to listen go.
OVERALL: I truly loved this book and am looking forward to reading more from this author. Highly recommended.

Showing and Telling Readers...
Any additional comments?
I read a lot but usually my views are from the reader's point of view not the author.
This was an interesting take on a writer's challenge.
The author discusses a wide array of writing techniques, as well as helpful tools, marketing tips, and thoughts on book covers.
She also stresses the difference between showing and telling readers.
This was a well thought out book with helpful examples.
Julie Carruth did well with the narration.
