A personal note from the author:
When I started racing, I was really scared and did not know what I was doing. I did my first race because a friend entered me in it!
After that race I was hooked; I trained using the information I have compiled in this book and won many races. I wish I had had this information when I started racing, as it would have helped me so much, which is why I decided to write it down for all women who want to get to grips with the sport or take time off their personal bests.
If you don't think you can do it, trust me - you can!
Triathlon for Women is a complete start-to-finish guide that covers all areas of training and racing.
It helps demystify triathlons into what you actually need to know to get started and succeed.

Some of this seems to be stolen word by word from a Atwoods triatlon book!?

Thrilled about this book
I’m doing my first triathlon and knew very little. This book has given me some confidence tat I can do this race. The information was presented in a way that a beginner could understand but that a seasoned triathlete will still learn new things. Thanks
