Really helpful

After a week of very troubled sleep trying herbal remedies and considering prescribed meds, this really helped me. I didnt need anything else.

back ground noise - (pink noise) distracting sorry

the voice is surrounded by back ground noise. it sounds like poor quality recording. could not listen to it till the end as very distracting.
