A good book
This is quite a good book. John Timpsons' approach may not be unique (there are several businesses that use a form of, what he calls, Upside Down Management) but he does get the message across of the importance of this style of management in a service business. The real gem here is the tips chapter. There are some very good ideas that all aspiring and current managers should take heed of.
As for the narration by Mark Elstob. Absolutely spot on.
