I read this again very soon. It really has a huge amount of nuggets of information and I'm now starting to realise that, although a man, I have a more feminine style of negotiation.

Practical and non-obvious
I was skeptical at first, worried about impractical or obvious advice, but this book challenges assumptions with evidence and gives you ways of using them to your advantage.
