Summary

A hugely funny 'down the rabbit hole' adventure from the author of internationally best-selling Small Change for Stuart.

You're called Fidge, and you're nearly 11. You've been hurled into a strange world. You have three companions: two are unbelievably weird, and the third is your awful cousin Graham. You have to solve a series of nearly impossible clues. You need to deal with a cruel dictator and 3,000 Wimbley Woos (yes, you read that sentence correctly). And the whole situation - the whole, entire thing - is your fault.

Wed Wabbit is an adventure story about friendship, danger and the terror of never being able to get back home again. And it's funny. It's seriously funny.

I think this is better for younger children

I am a adult that usually enjoys older children books, but this was only ok, sometimes it seemed very stupid or daft yet I will Admit it I did also sometimes find it funny, & I enjoyed it better once I got in to it. it also has a few nice little messages. this is a good book for younger children or those slightly older of around 10/11 the age of the main character, especially if they have younger brothers or sisters who are a good few years younger than them, has they will probably simpersise with Fitch & understand some of her thinking & actions etc.

Wonderful

It was very funny at points although Fidge made me quite annoyed with her a lot! Overall it was very good and I think that you should at least listen to the first chapter!

“This was a very enjoyable book, I loved it. It was both funny and scary which was great. I particularly liked the Wimberly Woos.”

An Agreeable 'Alice in Wonderland' Clone

Read for uni purposes (creative writing, for young people).
As an 'Alice in Wonderland' inspired adventure, the story is quite alright, the characters, specifically a positive.
The V.O. performance was good, nothing to take me out of the story and voiced each character in a unique way. Enthusiastic.
Overall - 6.5/10
Performance - 7/10
Story - 6/10
