fantstiic listen
Loved the book. I come from a family with traditions into practicing different holistic health approaches and my parents were into hardcore (intense and continuous) fasting, which I also tried to get into at times, but I always found it hard to do, despite the health benefits. This book provides a system that everyone can easily integrate in their daily life, easy to understand and implement

Great series. Be warned the disks are very, very hard to get out. Have a disk you don't care about to loosen up the pages/folders.
