skip the introduction to get to the story

Would you listen to What Southern Women Know about Faith again? Why?

Yes, but not the introduction because of the background music mixed so you couldn't hear what was being said. The rest of the book was great, though; a real insight into Southern life now and in the past.

The introduction was quite annoying because of the much too loud background music and almost put me off listening any further, but I had to do some house work and put it back on after a few weeks. I'm so glad I decided to finish listening to this book. I really liked this view inside the world of a Southern family. Because the author reads it with her Southern accent, it really gives you the down home feel. The stories that were related to the reader were really sweet, and sometimes inspirational, filled with some Southern Christian values. I bought this because, not be from the south, I was doing some research and being abroad right now in Scotland left me with very few choices in research material. It really spoke of days gone by and of a culture that I felt privileged to spend some time in.

Did Ronda Rich do a good job differentiating each of the characters? How?

Yes, she really gave each friend her own 'flavor'.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me laugh in sever.al places
