Great book, not 100% on narrator

Another good book by L.A Cotton. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was a confusing family mix of who’s who and I didn’t feel that intense spark that was supposed to be there between the Maverick and Eloise. Maybe the burn was just too slow...also I couldn’t stand the narrator. She talked too fast and always had an angry tone to her voice which really put me off. I’m glad the next book is both from his and her perspective... anyhoo here’s on to book 2 now.
